I first had this delicious roast garlic appetiser at the Stinking Rose restaurant in San Francisco. They call it "Bagna Calda", but it's NOT the same as the Italian dish Bagna Cauda. I thought I'd better make that clear to my Italian friends. Recipe at titlisbusykitchen.com
