and the hot sauce someone said was called Rooster sauce. I would appreciate any close versions or the restaurant's recipe if possible. Restaurants are based out of Springfield Missouri. Thanks in advance.

8 (8") flour tortillas
1 1/2 C. tomato juice (i use 2 cups)
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 T. olive oil
1/2 - 1 lb. ground beef
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
3 C. shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1 small avocado
