Restaurant shuffle in downtown Port
NEWBURYPORT — Two new restaurants will be joining the downtown scene in the coming months. Enzo Restaurant and Bar, an Italian restaurant, will be moving into the Tannery in the space vacated by the River Merrimac; and Ceia Kitchen + Bar will open on State Street, at the site of the former Grezzo, and specialize in Portuguese and Italian dishes.
