There is a famous restaurant in Deland Florida called Holiday House that used to serve homemade Tomato Aspic as a side dish... sort of like jellied stewed tomatoes. It did have the tomato seeds left in it. It looked pretty and tasted fabulous, but the last time I went to that restaurant, it was no longer on the menu. Anyone have a good recipe to make that? We've got a bumper crop of tomatoes from the backyard garden ;-)

Answer by Butterfly LoverOh my! My father used to take me to the Holiday House in Mt. Dora and we always had the tomato aspic!

To start the Tomato Aspic, in a 2 qt. saucepan, mix together:
