Question by paul y: Why do people ask our restaurant the recipes from our catering business?
My wife has a lot of recipes that she has learned over the years. Mostly Chinese and Filipino foods but some American French and Italian. So she refuses to give out her secrets...and more then one person said "a recipe not shared is a recipe lost" is that right?
