Question by Golden Baby: Does anyone know the "secret" recipe for the Guinness glaze that Bennigan's Restaurant uses?
I just love that glaze and thought that it would be nice to make at home.

Answer by Dana NI tried to find it on copycat recipe sites, but no luck. I guess it's still a "secret".
