Question by VentureMan: Looking for recipe of that little Mexican Restaurant Salad Garnish served on your plate?
When I order a dinner plate at a Mexican Restaurant, along with the enchiladas, rice, and beans, they serve a small pile of salad topped with a tomato salsa and cheese. That salsa dressing is wonderful and so is the crumbled cheese on top.
Does anyone have the recipe for the salsa, and know what kind of cheese this is?
