Question by honethedroll: What is your favorite recipe for Egg Drop Soup?
My wife and I noticed that the Egg Drop Soup was missing from our takeout order tonight (one of our favorites at this particular restaurant), and we decided we'd try to make our own, so please share your favorite recipe with whatever embellishments and tricks you may use!

Answer by Rli RI am always saving juice from things I cook and use them later for broths for soups.
I take a container of the broth (could be from chicken, pork, beef, etc.) and heat it. I stir the egg and stir the liquid and slowly add it to the broth. I like peas in mine as well as some green onions.
