Question by B. T. Gutowski: Does any one have the recipe for "On the Border's" in the Restaurant Salsa (not the jar).?
I really enjoy Chips and Salsa. One of my favorite salsas is made by the restaurant On the Border. Does anyone have their recipe? I know each restaurant makes their own fresh daily. Maybe someone has worked their before or perhaps someone with a better palette than my own has figured it out. Thanks in advance!
