I am looking for recipes of items made by top chefs - like the different unique recipes made on iron chef, quite different from the standard dishes.

Answer by B.Many guard their recipies closely so that you must go to their restaurants to eat the dish.
There are a few that are released to the public usually through the restaurant site or from the creating chef's website. A simple internet search will reveal many.
