Review: Tibet Kitchen strikes a balance between authenticity and appeal
Several of Boulder's new restaurants specialize in cuisine that's Tibetan, Nepalese, Indian or a combination of the three. One of the most recent additions is Tibet Kitchen. The restaurant, located at Arapahoe Avenue and Folsom Street, offers Himalayan dishes in a fast-food setting.
