I am obsessed with this hot salsa from the Chipotle restaurants. I have to make it at home. Any one have an idea on how to make this?
That looks like a recipe for the Mild salsa. I am looking for the Hot mix, its more of a puree.

2 teaspoons Chipotle chiles, finely chopped
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
